Shawn McLain

Shawn McLain watched the trailer for “Dawn of the Dead” through his fingers in 1978.  Forty years later found him at the Anniversary of the film at the Monroeville Mall with his own zombie story.  Shawn has always enjoyed writing.  He started writing on an old typewriter he received from his Grandparents.  Now id is the author of two Zombie survival books, “Respect the Dead” and “Nothing is Certain”.  In these he shows how regular people may react to the chaos of the fall of civilization to the undead.  Shawn also is the Author of “The Grey Girl”  A supernatural thriller set in Western PA,  The follow up to the “Grey Girl” is due at the end of 2018.  Shawn lives in Harrisburg with his wife and their cats.
